Error message: Bid rejected (blocked seller)

When bidding on ebay, you could be rejected with this reason:

Bid rejected (blocked seller)

But no additional information is added. Why have I been forbidden to bid?

Here I describe possible criteria for being banned from bidding, as mention on this page of ebay:

The seller can block buyers from bidding on or purchasing their items by specifying buyer requirements. The seller can block buyers who:
  • Don't have a PayPal account
  • Have unpaid items recorded on their account
  • Have a primary shipping address in countries the seller don't want to ship to
  • Have violated eBay policies
  • Have a Feedback score lower than the number the seller specify
  • Are currently winning or have bought 1-100 of the seller's items in the last 10 days (the seller can specify the number)
The seller can also block buyers based on their user ID by creating a blocked list.
