Facebook - How to find out if someone have blocked you? Few approaches.

When we try to open profiles of some friends in Facebook, we got this error message:

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.

So there are few options:

* the person has blocked me

* the person has deleted his/her account

Lets say you wonder if John Smith has deleted you.

Solution - check as profile of a FB group

Switch your profile to one of your own groups.

Check same URL - the profile URL of your friend John Smith.

If you see the profile as a FB group and you cant see it as a user - your friend John Smith has deleted you.

If you cant see the profile of your friend and you had same error page - your friend has deleted his/her facebook. So it is not personal

Solution - ask another friend

You could send the profile URL of John Smith to other friend with Facebook - lets say Sara. 

If Sara is able to see the profile of John Smith - John has deleted you.

If Sara is not able to see the profile of John Smith - John has deleted his FB account.

Attention: The check must be done while Sara is logged in FB. If she is not logged in FB, she could get the error message and John Smith still has FB profile. It is a feature of Facebook to hide profiles from non-registered users. Anyone could activate it.
